About Leah

Leah has lived in Breckenridge for 17 years. After a short but rewarding career as an international ski racer, she received a degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado Boulder — in Finance and Real Estate — where she graduated as Valedictorian. Her family’s love for skiing and the mountain lifestyle brought them to Summit County, and her love for the amazing community and all that it has to offer, has kept her here.

“As a long-time local, my intimate knowledge of this area, coupled with my experience in real estate, allows me to offer invaluable insight to both buyers and sellers. I am dedicated to providing you the best service during every step of the real estate process. If you are in the market to buy or sell, I can help to ensure you navigate the markets with ease!”

Leah is an active in the community, and she volunteers with multiple local organizations, primarily Mountain Mentors, where she is the mentor of a 10-year-old girl from Breckenridge. She also volunteers with the Family Intercultural Resource Center, Breckenridge Library, Summit County Animal Shelter, and Team Breckenridge Sports Club.

“In business and in life, I hold myself to an ethical standard that is rooted in my values for integrity, hard work, mentorship, and community.” Her values-based business model translates into great relationships with her clients and her peers. “My clients recommend me! I would be happy to send you a list of my most recent clients, and you can feel free to reach out to any of them for a reference. ”

This year, Leah will be a member of the Diamond Society — the top performing 15% of Coldwell Banker Agents Worldwide.

Leah found us a great ski in/out investment property at the best location in Breckenridge. She was communicative, has exceptional local knowledge, and stayed within our criteria, all while being enjoyable to work with. Leah will be our first call for any future transactions in Summit County and we wholeheartedly recommend her services!

Leah showed us a good sample of available properties in our price range, and we found one we really liked on the first day. She made sure we didn’t overpay for it by remaining objective and logical. As a result, we got a great deal. She managed the process wonderfully from start to finish.
